Potato Spread


1 cup softened butter
16 oz sour cream
1 cup cheese
1 bunch green onions

Blend together all ingredients and dollup(is that a word?) on a baked potato. I rub my potatoes with a little bit of oil and sprinkle with salt then cook unwrapped at 400 for 1 hour.
