Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookies

Look what I made today......

I am still singing praises to Betty Crocker.  Now, if we could just do something about the price on these yummy cookies.  Why do most gluten free items start at around 4.99?  Ugghhh!  At least we are seeing more mainstream brands jumping on the gluten free bandwagon.   These cookies are worth it.  I was figuring the cost breakdown is probably about 50 cents a cookie so you have to savor each and every bite.  I love making a gluten free treat for Brittany when she comes home from school.  The look on her face when I tell her it's gluten free makes me as happy as it does her!
