This is the best breakfast casserole I've ever had!
6 cups shredded hashbrowns (I like Ore-Ida's Country Style)
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
2 cups diced ham
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 1/2 cups eggs (8-10 eggs)
2 can (12oz) evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Spray a 9x13 pan with non stick spray.
Arrange hashbrowns evenly on bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle on ham, onions and cheese.
In a seperate bowl mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour liquid over casserole evenly.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approx 1 hour until a knife comes out clean.
